Bob Palmer was a Champion Horseman from Champion parents, by age 2 he was cantering his pony. With dad Jack off at war Bob remembers, “Mum spent hours and hours teaching us and getting us going. I spent all my time on my horse and I would just ride wherever I wanted to go, including through the house.”
When Jack returned from the war, Bob was 4 and from then on he always made sure Bob had the best horses. “He was the best horse trainer I have ever seen, he was so patient and dedicated. He didn’t ever say much, but when he did I listened and he has been the greatest influence on my life,” Bob admitted proudly.
In addition to the successes shown below Breezette had a very impressive Warwick record:
Breezette’s ability was not confined to the campdraft arena, she was a great kids pony, an excellent sporter and a valuable broodmare, producing many talented campdrafters and polo ponies.
