It’s really only a few short months since Al Capone joined new owners Drew & Sally Stevenson and he has exceeded all their expectations. He has lived up to previous owner Debbie Geslers. Debbie had no doubt what he was capable of.
Sally tells us today that his earnings for the year are nearly $20,000 plus trophies. They are still in shock, but are glad they trusted their instincts.
Al is also going great guns in the breeding barn Sally & Drew have 5 of their own mares successfully bred to him and many clients have positive pregnancies. He will continue to stand at Carmyle Vets until around February at this stage or until he’s fulfilled all his breeding contracts.
